Orlando Santiago holds a civil engineering degree and a master’s degree in Transportation Engineering from the Universidad Nacional.

He has a deep professional experience in managing, planning and implementing transport projects in Colombia. Between 2005 and 2012 he was the Project Specialist in TRANSMILENIO S.A. and was part of the team for the implementation and operation of Phases I, II and III of the System. In 2017 he became the Advisor to the Vice-Presidency of Structuring of the National Infrastructure Agency - ANI, where he provided advice for the development of the technical, legal and financial structuring of the concession of the new Bogota airport.
