Undersecretary of Public Policy of the District Secretariat of Mobility

Óscar is a civil engineer with a master's degree in transportation engineering, with a specialization in finance. He currently serves as the Undersecretary of Public Policy of the District Secretariat of Mobility. He has extensive experience in the public sector in the analysis of transportation economics and regulatory improvement and is passionate about the structuring and technical and financial implementation of transportation and logistics.

Previously, he was Director of Infrastructure and Vehicles of the National Road Safety Agency; Deputy Director of Mobility and Urban Transportation of the National Planning Department; advisor to the Ministry of Transportation; and a consultant to the Inter-American Development Bank; among others.
